The Birth and Postpartum package: $1495.00 + HST
2 prenatal visits (1hr each approx.)
Includes, discussing your birth plan, what to expect, comfort measures
Attendance at your birth (active labour)
Postpartum Care 4 hrs after birth in home: including setting you up for success when you get home, stations
Unlimited email and phone calls.
On call 2 weeks before Due Date
Hourly Rate: 35hr/day 40hr/overnight
Sibling care: 30/hr
Twin Care: $45.00 hr
Postpartum Package Daytime:
24 hrs $795.00 +HST
40 hours $1305.00 +HST
Education: Diapering, bathing, swaddling, safe sleep practices
Newborn: Care: Feeding, bathing, soothing
Maternal Recovery Support
Light Household work
Meal preparation
Non- judgemental e motional reassurance
Running errands

Postpartum Package Nighttime: 24hrs of care $900.00 ( 8 hr night shift)
Overnight infant Care: care for baby while parents sleep handling all needs
Light Household Tasks: preparing bottle, folding laundry etc.
Feeding Support: If breast feeding I will bring the baby to you for feeds and then take them back to burp and settle them. Bottle fed the doula will handle all feedings.
Education: Soothing techniques, guidance on sleep habits
Morning Update: I will let you know how baby did during the night. Time of feeding, fussiness etc.
